Got an HOA or POA notice?
Many Central Florida communities, whether run by a homeowners association (HOA) or a property owners association (POA), send violation letters for mildew on walls, stained driveways or faded paint. Call us with the notice. We'll wash what can be cleaned, and if the paint itself is worn out, we'll quote a repaint in your community's approved colors.
Planning to paint anyway? Every exterior job we do starts with a proper wash, so the new coat bonds to a clean surface. See exterior painting.

Pressure washing questions
How often should a Florida home be washed?
It depends on shade, sprinklers and nearby trees. Many homes in Central Florida show mildew within a year or two. If you see green or black streaks, it's time.
Can you help with an HOA or POA violation letter?
Yes. Send us the letter and photos, and we'll tell you whether washing will fix it or whether the area needs paint.
Do you wash before painting?
Always. Paint doesn't stick well to dirt, chalk or mildew, so every exterior repaint starts with a wash.
