Derwin Ferguson started Ferguson's Painting & Cleaning to give Central Florida homeowners a contractor they could count on to show up, tell them the truth about their house, and leave it cleaner than they found it.
What began as painting and pressure washing grew into full home maintenance: carpentry, pool decks, wood-rot and siding repair, and bathroom remodels. Customers kept asking, "Can you do this too?" More often than not, the answer was yes.
Derwin is on the job himself. When you call, you talk to the person doing the work.

- Repairs and paint togetherWood rot, stucco cracks and drywall get fixed by the same crew that paints, so nothing is "someone else's problem".
- Proof of insurance on requestFerguson's Painting & Cleaning, Inc. is fully insured. Ask and we'll send the certificate before work starts.
- Quality paintDerwin's go-to is Sherwin-Williams, and we'll use another brand if you prefer or your HOA or POA specifies one.
