Estate homes on Lake Butler

Lake Butler is the largest lake in Windermere's Butler Chain of Lakes, lined with private estate homes and gated lakefront communities. These homes have far more to look after than a typical house: long rooflines and deep eaves, columns and cedar ceilings, outdoor kitchens and lanais, boathouses and docks.

Being on the water adds moisture. Lake humidity, shade from old oaks and constant sprinkler spray drive mildew on stucco and rot in exterior wood. We fix the damage first, then paint and finish to the standard these homes call for.

What we do for Lake Butler homes

Working with estate managers

Many Lake Butler homes have an estate manager, a house manager or owners who split their time between homes. We coordinate access and schedules with whoever runs the property, keep work areas protected and tidy, and send photos when the work is done.

In a gated community? Add your gate or access notes to the quote form. Get exterior color changes approved by your HOA or POA first.
